HR2020 can handle two simultaneous loans to employees. You just enter Loan Amount and the Monthly Repayment Installment; HR2020 will recover every month automatically till balance becomes zero.
If at any time you need to see details of past recoveries, it can be viewed in the Loan Ledger report as shown below.

Did you notice that recovery can be stopped for few months? Sometimes employees request accounts departments for it as they may have some other heavy commitments during that time. HR2020 automatically resumes recovery after the "stop recovery" month.
