It is possible that an error is noticed after payroll is already calculated. In fact there is a special report after calculations that shows each and every employee's current month and previous month salary details. It helps by highlighting significant difference between the two. For example you may have entered a deduction of 5000 instead of 50.00. HR2020 allows you to "Rollback" to Just-Before-Calculation status. Once you make corrections, you can do calculations again. You do not lose any attendance data entered previously or changes you might have made in employee master. You just make the corrections and calculate payroll again and get new reports.
